Low Self-Esteem

Do you struggle with low self-worth? While brief moments of disappointment are not uncommon, a deep and enduring sense of lacking, unworthiness, or not being enough can significantly impact your life. Low self-esteem can manifest in unhelpful behaviours, including poor boundaries, people-pleasing, perfectionism, and insecure attachment patterns. Living with a persistent low opinion of yourself can be profoundly isolating, hinder growth, and negatively impact your quality of life and enjoyment.

How can counselling help?

Professional counselling can offer a supportive and intentional environment for navigating your internal landscape of thoughts, feelings, sensations, and experiences. Together, we can explore underlying causes, self-limiting beliefs, develop new, more helpful ways to relate to yourself, and experience all that is good and right in you. Reach out to learn more.
