Grief and Loss

Are you dealing with a new or sudden loss? Or do you feel stuck in old grief and find it difficult to move forward? Or perhaps you're feeling anxiety anticipating future loss. Grief can feel heavy, and oftentimes, it can show up as overwhelming sadness, indescribable numbness, or leave a person feeling lost and destabilized. A person can find themselves questioning their identity, purpose, and meaning in life. Whether you are struggling with the death of someone important to you, a pet, or the loss of a job, infertility, financial stability, or your home and community, there is a way through.
